Delivery

Delivery is free, to any address in the United Kingdom. We do not deliver outside the UK.

Nothing is added for delivery at checkout or afterwards. The price of the dress is what you pay.

We deliver your dress as soon as we can, and within 30 days of your order at the latest.

Prom coming up fast? Message us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you in time.

Every dress passes our own quality check before it is sent.

If your dress has not arrived within 30 days, tell us. You can give us a further reasonable time to deliver it, and if we miss that too, cancel and get a full refund. If you told us before you ordered that it had to arrive by a certain date — your prom, say — and it does not, you can cancel straight away for a full refund.

Tell us your prom date when you order. Every order is tracked against it.

Every order gets a private tracking link, sent to you by email when you order. It shows where your order has got to — from confirmed, through our quality check, to dispatch and delivery — without needing an account. Once the dress ships we add the courier and tracking number to the same page.

We only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, and checkout only accepts them.

Goods become your responsibility on delivery to the address you gave us. Please check your order on arrival and tell us within a reasonable time if anything is damaged or missing — photographs of the packaging help us with the carrier.

If a delivery does not arrive when expected, contact us with your order number and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
